Aaron Gabelnick

Aaron Gabelnick serves as Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at Array Technologies. He is an accomplished strategy, M&A, and business development executive with 20+ years of experience transforming organizations in the Chemical, Industrial, Sustainability, and Oil & Gas industries. Before joining Array, he was Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at Honeywell, where he led a team of 35+ in global strategy and M&A development for the Performance Materials and Technology division. Aaron was previously at Motiva Enterprises LLC, an American company that operates as an affiliate of Saudi Aramco- the world’s largest oil producer, where he held several roles, including leading a multi-functional team developing a chemicals and polymers mega-project in the US, developing a large petrochemical opportunity from ideation through execution. Aaron has an MBA from Cornell University, Johnson School of Management, a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in Chemistry, and a BA from Harvard University in Chemistry.
