Javier Reclusa
CEO, STI Norland
Born in Pamplona, Spain, Javier Reclusa is an industrial engineer from Universidad Nebrija, in Madrid, and has a master’s degree in Renewable Energies and Investments in Energy Projects from IEB. In 2015, Javier founded the STI Norland operation in Brazil, and in 2022, Array Technologies acquired the company, forming one of the largest solar tracker manufacturing and supply groups in the world. Currently, Javier Reclusa is a member of the Array Technologies Board and commands all legacy STI Norland units.
