Kurt Wood

Mr. Wood serves as Chief Financial Officer at Array Technologies. He is an accomplished financial executive with 20+ years of experience developing and deploying financial strategies to support and drive global expansion and growth. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wood most recently served as an advisor to Brunswick Corporation as well as CFO for Berkeley Lights. Prior to that Mr. Wood served as Corporate Vice President of Finance and Treasury at Micron Corporation (“Micron”). Prior to Micron, Mr. Wood was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DriveTime Automotive Group, consisting of DriveTime and Bridgecrest Acceptance.  Previously, Mr. Wood has also held senior finance roles at True North Venture Partners, LP (where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner) and at First Solar (where he served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis). Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
