We're a team driven to change the future
*Our board of directors approved and adopted this revised Code of Business Conduct on May 29, 2024. The revised Code explicitly lays out ARRAY’s core values as well as our process for ethical decision making and steps for investigating alleged violations of the Code. In addition, the revisions improve the readability of the Code and information pulled from other ARRAY policies on certain key compliance topics, such as workplace safety, using IT resources, insider trading, use of social media and artificial intelligence, and gifts and entertainment.
