AMEDNA was established in 1995 with the aim of defending and promoting the human, social and professional values of women as businesspeople and managers, as well as supporting any initiative aimed at facilitating the integration and promotion of women in the workplace.
One of the main lines of action of AMEDNA is to promote projects and actions aimed at favoring the reconciliation of work, family, and personal life of workers in Navarra. In this line, Array Spain has introduced several measures to promote a better compatibility between the work and personal life of its staff throughout the year, such as flexible working hours and the option of a partial home office. These initiatives have been well received by the employees, as they were in great demand and allow for better organization of the day-to-day.
