ATLAS™ I
Standard & Favorable Soil Conditions
Atlas Bearing Housing
Bearing housing connection reduced from 6 fasteners to 4. Configure 52°, 60° or 77° by changing the hard stop only—no stamping or fastener changes.
C-Channel Extension (CEE)
Roll-formed C-channel (pre-galvanized G90, 80 ksi, 9 gauge) bolted to sigma or W-beam foundation. Never driven. Tracker interface is always pristine. Adjustable bolt-hole pattern allows ±3 in. vertical height correction in the field.
Sigma Foundation Pile
Pre-galvanized roll-formed sigma profile, 9 or 11 gauge. Equivalent structural performance to W8×15. Stiffer edge profile improves driving performance and reduces deformation risk. Best for sandy soils and lean clays.
H/W-Beam Option
W8/W6 H-beam available where high corrosion, high tracker loads, or stiffer/rockier soil conditions are present. Bearing and interface components remain identical; only the driven pile changes.

ATLAS™ II
Challenging & Difficult Soil Conditions
Atlas Bearing Housing
Connects ARRAY tracker systems to the Atlas II interface. Reduces bearing fasteners from 6 to 2, simplifying installation and improving efficiency.
Evolved A-Frame® Interface
Built on APA’s proven A-Frame® 2.0, optimized for ARRAY tracker systems. Reduces parts, bolts, and connection points. Eliminates the 90° side bracket—one of the most time-consuming assembly steps.
Helical Pile
Circular steel tube with larger helix plates for added pullout resistance. Onsite anchor testing available. Best fit: high water tables, soft/clay/expansive soils, low blow counts.
Ground Screw
Heavy-walled shaft, forged tip for obstruction resistance. Patented automated weld process for thread consistency. Hot-dip galvanized. Best fit: rocky soils, hardpan bedrock, frost heave, high blow counts.
Vertical + E/W Adjustability
Adds vertical and east/west adjustability at the interface, supporting sites with topography and reducing costly field rework when terrain varies across a foundation row.
Terrain-Following Capability
Atlas bearing housing enables terrain-following capability across ARRAY Tracker Systems, extending flexibility from the foundation through the tracker.
