Andre Balzi

André has more than 20 years of experience in the energy market, building a solid career in leadership roles in commercial and business development at global companies such as INNIO Group, First Solar, GE Grid Solutions, ABB, Alstom, and Siemens. His career combines deep technical knowledge in power systems, power electronics, renewables, and HVDC with strong expertise in commercial strategies, sales, and market expansion. He has led significant initiatives across Latin America, spearheading transformation projects, market entry strategies into new segments, and major negotiations that positively impacted the energy sector. In addition, André is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of COGEN, an association that represents and strengthens the cogeneration sector in Brazil, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency. André holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), a postgraduate degree in Electrical Systems Protection from the same institution, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from FGV. He has also complemented his academic background with a degree in Theology from Claretiano, reinforcing his humanistic and integrative approach to leadership. Driven by a passion for the energy sector and the challenge of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to the market, André brings to Array not only his extensive experience but also his motivation to build strong relationships, develop high-performance teams, and drive business growth across the LATAM region.
