Jessica Lawrence-Vaca

In her role as senior vice president, policy and external affairs, Jessica is responsible for overseeing all aspects of engagement with government officials to shape policy, drive brand awareness to propel growth and execute Array’s sustainability strategy.

Jessica brings over a decade of experience in solar trade and supply chain policy. Prior to joining Array, Jessica served as vice president of government affairs at SOLV Energy (FKA Swinerton Renewable Energy), where she collaborated with SEIA and other industry partners to support and lead industry advocacy efforts against a wide range of trade actions, as well as helping to shape, pass, and implement the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Washington as well as a Master of Arts in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
