Jon Manning, P.E.

Jon is a licensed structural engineer and has been the structural project manager and/or engineer of record for hundreds of utility scale solar projects.  His expertise is focused on pile foundation design and pile plan optimization for terrain-following technology.  Kimley-Horn often prepares site-specific pile plan exhibits and CSV files for utility-scale solar sites and works with the data available to balance value-engineering and constructability.
