Justin Bates
Director of Product Management
Justin Bates is the Director of Product Management for ARRAY Technologies where he drives the product roadmap for new tracker system products. He has worked in the solar industry for seventeen years with over a decade of program and product management experience spent between roles at First Solar and ARRAY Technologies. Justin has a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Toledo.
