Neil Manning

Neil Manning serves as President & Chief Operating Officer of Array Technologies.  Neil joined Array in January 2023 and with 30 years of commercial and operations experience, has driven growth and transformation across numerous engineered product and services companies. Before joining Array, he was a managing director at Rotork, a FTSE 250 company, where he led strategic development, commercial growth and operational improvements for the company’s energy and services divisions. Neil was previously at Velocitel, a wireless infrastructure service company, where he scaled site development services and led subsidiary SiteSafe through a business recovery via robust process and production transformation. Earlier in his career, he headed Business Development, Solutions Engineering and Operations teams at Corning Optical Communications, telecommunications company Sprint Nextel and CB&I, a global EPC.  Neil has an MBA from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York.
