Array Technologies Receives 2022 Cleanie Award for Corporate Sustainability Initiative

Array recognized for formalization and implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance achievements following its initial public offering in 2020 and acquisition of STI Norland in 2022

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., February 23, 2023—Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) (“Array” or the “Company”), a leading provider of tracker solutions and services for utility-scale solar energy projects, has been named the silver winner of the 2022 Corporate Sustainability Initiative by The Cleanie Awards®, the leading awards program focused on recognizing innovators and those making an impact in the clean energy industry.

Array was presented the Corporate Sustainability Initiative silver award for the Company’s work in formalizing its ESG governance and strategy following a successful IPO in 2020 and the acquisition of STI Norland in 2022.

Initiatives undertaken by Array in implementing its ESG strategy included:

  • Setting the Company’s first set of ESG goals
  • Measuring progress through an annual ESG report beginning in 2021
  • Benchmarking the Company with its first Materiality Assessment
  • Joining the United Nations Global Compact
  • Active participation in clean energy trade associations in all operating markets
